RMI will use your résumé and related personal information for recruitment purposes and, if you are offered a job or become employed by RMI, for other employment-related purposes. Such purposes may include transferring the information to RMI subsidiaries, affiliates and other companies authorized to provide services to RMI in connection with its recruitment efforts, whether in the U.S. or abroad. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties for non-recruitment or non-employment purposes.
Your résumé should include information relevant to the position sought, your employment history and education. RMI recommends that you do not include sensitive personal characteristics, such as gender, height, weight, religion, financial data, etc., in your initial résumé or letters to RMI.
RMI will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. Résumés may be retained in order to comply with applicable legal requirements for job applicant data reporting.
